Mike is the Founder of Turnkey. He has significant experience as an independent consultant, having providing services since 2011 to private equity firms, family offices, accounting firms and corporates.

Mike has also been a Principal at investment holding company Archimedia, as well as for Adon Capital, an investment collective for private equity professionals and entrepreneurs. Mike also worked at D.E. Shaw, investing in private and public credit products. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

Atul has extensive corporate and operational finance experience in the UK and India, most recently as a Director at Grant Thornton in Corporate Finance, involved in media and technology, including leading the FinTech practice. Prior to that he spent 7 years at Deloitte Corporate Finance, including as Interim Head of M&A at BBC Worldwide as a secondee.

Projects he has led include fundraises for a global payment solutions provider, an IPO of a binary options platform, as well as a leading independent UK-based TV production company. Atul holds an MBA from London Business School, as well as Bachelor and Masters degrees from the University of Mumbai.
